Terms and Conditions All bookings must be submitted on the booking form and are subject to the following terms and conditions. BOOKING & PAYMENT 1. Deposit. To confirm your reservation a deposit of £100 per week or part week for the rental period and a fully completed booking form are required. It would be advisable to keep a copy of your booking form. 2. Payment of the balance. Rental fee is due at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. 3. How to pay. By cheque payable to R F & D I Jarvis CANCELLATION The following charges will apply from the date of notification. All cancellations must be made in writing. We will make every effort to assist in altering dates to suit: Up to 8 weeks prior to departure - deposit only. Between 4 and 7 weeks prior to departure - 50% of full rental cost. Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of full rental cost. RENTAL PERIOD This begins at 4:00pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00am on the day of departure. SECURITY DEPOSIT A damage/security deposit of £150 - $300 is required for each booking (payable with final payment). This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the keys and satisfactory inspection of our villa by our management team, with confirmation that the villa was left in the same condition as found. This is normally about 2 weeks. SUB LETTING The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking form and no other persons are permitted to stay there FORCE MAJEURE As owners of the property we will not be liable for the loss or delay caused by any of the following: Strikes, Industrial Disputes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Fire, Flood, Technical/Weather, Transport, Aircraft Grounding, Closure of Airports or Ports, Weather Conditions or any other event beyond the owners or their agent’s control. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa. SAFETY Neither the Management Company nor owners are liable for any injury, accident or loss, how so ever caused, resulting from occupancy of the villa or the use of the swimming pool. Guests are specifically requested not to let unsupervised children use the pool. WHEN POOL HEAT IS ON THE POOL MUST BE COVERED AT NIGHT TO RETAIN HEAT. DOCUMENT CHECKLIST 1.
