FAQ's 1. Is the pool and Spa kept clean? Yes, it is regularly cleaned and serviced once a week. 2. Is there a safety barrier for the pool? Yes, a screened fence for toddler’s safety. (Removable) 3. Are towels and linen provided? Yes, Ample towels all sizes also beach towels plus 2 hair dryers. 4. Is the water safe to drink? Yes, we do, but if you'd prefer bottled water it is available from all supermarkets, garages, etc. nearby. 5. Are you near to shops and restaurants? We have a new shopping complex, 3 minutes away and restaurants within 3 minutes. 6. Are beach towels supplied? Yes. 7. Is the pool/spa area overlooked by neighbours? No, we have pine trees and shrubs to ensure complete privacy for our guests and no rear neighbours. 8. Is smoking permitted inside the villa ? No, but we do not object to you doing so in the lanai area. 9. How do we gain access to the villa? A code number for the key is given on completion of the final balance, this being a box in the porch.
